Wisconsin tight end Travis Beckum will miss the remainder of the 2008 football season after undergoing surgery on the fractured left fibula he suffered against Illinois on Saturday. Beckum underwent surgery on Saturday evening.
Northwestern running back Tyrell Sutton will miss the remainder of the 2008 football season after undergoing surgery on the wrist he injured in Northwestern's loss at Indiana Saturday afternoon.
