Oct. 16, 1993: Tennessee breaks Alabama’s 28-game winning streak with a 17-17 tie in Tuscaloosa. ‘Bama QB Jay Barker then sneaks in from the one with 21 seconds remaining, and the PAT kick completes the deadlock of the SEC powers. Tide’s unbeaten streak is snapped at 31 games three weeks later versus LSU.
