This Bronco made a name for himself in the Fiesta Bowl by scoring the memorable game-winning two point conversion against the Oklahoma Sooners, which he followed up with a unique encore—getting on one knee and proposing to his then girlfriend. After putting up some whopping numbers as a sophomore (1,714 yards, 6.2 yards per carry, 25 rushing touchdowns), Johnson took a leadership role in his final two seasons as a Bronco, helping Boise St. finish 12-1 this past season. The California native finished his famed career by passing Marshall Faulk (as well as LaDainian Tomlinson) on his way to becoming the WAC’s all-time touchdown maker.
